Tracking parent payments — covered on the Invoicing page.
The KidzLog admin app uses a single page for both invoicing and payment tracking. The sidebar Payments link opens the invoice list, where the Mark as Paid action and the Update Status option let you record when an invoice has been paid.

KidzLog tracks every payment against its invoice, so the invoice list is your complete payment history. Parents see the same invoices in their Parent Payments page.
