Events & Announcements
The Events and Announcements pages keep you informed about what's happening at your center — upcoming activities, schedule changes, and important notices.
Events
Open the Events page from the sidebar to see all upcoming center events.

What You'll See
Events are listed under an Upcoming heading, grouped by month. Each event card shows:
- Title — The event name (e.g., "Spring Art Show", "Parent-Teacher Conferences")
- Date — The day of the event
- Time — The start and end time, or "All Day" for full-day events
A colored dot next to each event indicates the event type (e.g., school event, parent-teacher meeting).
Filtering Events
Use the All dropdown at the top-right to filter events by type — such as school events, holidays, or parent-teacher meetings.
Viewing Event Details
Tap any event to open its full details, including the description and location.
Announcements
Announcements from your center appear in two places:
- Dashboard Announcements tab — On the Home page, switch to the Announcements tab to see recent announcements inline
- Announcements page — Open Announcements from the sidebar for the full list

Each announcement card shows:
- Title — The announcement headline
- Scope — Whether it's center-wide, for a specific program, or classroom
- Preview — A snippet of the announcement content
- Date — When it was published
- Audience — Who it was sent to (e.g., "All")
Tap an announcement to read the full content.
Frequently Asked Questions
If your center has email notifications enabled, you'll receive an email when a new announcement is published. You can also check the Announcements tab on your dashboard for the latest updates.
The events page defaults to showing upcoming events. Use the filter dropdown to switch between upcoming and past events.
