Plans & Pricing

KidzLog subscription plan, features, and pricing based on the number of children.

KidzLog offers a single Standard Plan that includes all features. Pricing is based on the number of children enrolled at your center, with a choice of monthly or yearly billing.

How to Access

Go to Settings → Billing tab. This tab is only visible to center Owners.

Free Trial

Every new center starts with a 15-day free trial that includes all features. During the trial, a banner at the top of the page shows how many days remain. No payment information is required to start the trial.

What's Included

The Standard Plan includes everything you need to run your childcare center:

  • Attendance Tracking — check-in/check-out, automated tracking, real-time reports
  • Child Information Management — profiles, emergency contacts, medical information
  • Communications — messages to parents and staff, alerts and announcements
  • Financial Management — invoices, online payments, financial reports
  • Daily Reports — activity logs (meals, naps, etc.), daily updates

Pricing

Pricing is based on the number of children at your center. You can choose monthly or yearly billing — yearly saves 20%. See our pricing page for current rates.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. The minimum subscription is 5 children. The maximum is 200 children per center.

Currency

You can choose between USD and CAD using the toggle at the top-right of the billing page. Once you complete your first checkout, your currency is locked to that selection.

Accepting Invitations

Review pending invitations from KidzLog centers — accept the ones you want to join, decline ones sent in error.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscribe, upgrade your plan, switch billing intervals, and manage your payment details.
